Aspiration Promotions An in-app customer rewards experience

Overview
Customer promotions were well liked among a subset of of Aspiration customers but suffered from poor user discovery and unintuitive progression. Our goal was to provide all information to the user to allow understand what was available to them, track progress, see their rewards, and a means to contact support.
Customer Promotions had been available for some time but the process and details existed only through laborious emails and customer support tickets. We wanted to create an in-app experience for and give customers the agency to track and manage their available promotions right from their account.
Dedicated home
Creating a central ‘Promotions Hub’ was the obvious choice; all details around available offers in a single place for customers to easily track, review, and if needed, contact support about a problem.
All Platforms
With no gating of Promotions to any specific platform meant creating consistent experience for all platforms so regardless of how customers chose to interact with their account, they always had access.
In-app support
Lifting strain on customer support teams was a key goal but sometimes things can still go wrong. With this in mind we added a means to reach support from directly a promotion detail.
